Program Development Consultation

Mark Freado has thirty years of experience, many of those in program design, development and leadership positions, in residential treatment, special education/day treatment/partial hospital, foster family-based, community based and ecological services.  He has a visible track record of success in management and consultation services to others.  Through the Pressley Ridge Institute, Freado provides management and program development consultation that are designed to meet the needs and interests of your organization.  He will develop customized training for your school or organization.  Training areas include leadership and effective supervision, development of values-based and strength-based interventions, working with angry and aggressive youth, identifying signs of trouble in young people, team work and communication skills.
