Mark Freado provided the first Life Space Crisis Intervention Certification training in Europe; Belgium 2002. He also created a national training site there through the Orthopedogogical Observation and Behavior Center OOBC, in Gent, Belgium. He recently developed national training sites in the United Kingdom through Kibble Education and Care Centre and Prince Albert Grand Council, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan in 2007. Another national training site is being developed with Finglas Child & Adolescent Centre, in Dublin, Ireland.
